  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds.
  2. Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water.
  3. In a blender, combine watermelon, mint leaves, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Gradually add sugar and cold water, blending until fully incorporated. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1-2 hours until slightly firm.
  6. After an hour, stir to aerate the mixture; then freeze for another 3-4 hours until completely firm.
